"I have had State Farm Insurance for over thirty years, and my experience with Bill Wilkins at the Boiling Springs location has always been excellent! Recently I had a roadside assistance claim. In order to process the claim, I needed a receipt for services rendered. Getting the receipt became a problem. The sweet girls at Bill's office called almost daily to request the needed paperwork. I also called numerous times, and I was about to give up, but my friends there did not quit and finally after a month of trying the receipt was emailed to the state farm office! AND,, I had reimbursement the same day!! It's rare to find customer service that feels personal, but this State Farm office really delivered! Thank you!! I appreciate you all!"
